Hot glue the fin onto the Horizontal stab near the front.  Then hot glue the entire tail assembly onto the fuse and screw it onto the fuse with 4 self-tapping screws as follows.  Make sure to leave room for the elevator hingeline to clear the end of the fuse so the elevator can move freely.  I usually mount it to the fuse with 1 flute past the hing showing.

Now place the elevator servo OUTSIDE the fuse approximately where it will go so you can measure and drill holes for the zip ties.  Make sure that the top of the servo will be accessible from the hatch so you can adjust throws, etc.

Then put double-sided foam tape on the side and bottom of the servo and mount it inside the fuse.  Run the zip ties through the fuse and zip them.  Your Elevator servo should now be firmly secured to the fuse.

Fashion a push rod using 1/4" wooden dowel and wire.  Cut out a control horn from the scrap PVC and hot glue it to the UNDERside of the elevator close to the hinge.  Cut a small rectangle PVC doubler, hot glue it on the TOP side right above the control horn.  Drill a screw through the doubler down through the elevator and through the control horn.
